Policies and Procedures

Processing: Your order will be shipped within 24 hours, unless you are notified otherwise. If you are placing your order on-line, be sure to include your email or your telephone number.   This is so I can confirm your total cost including shipping cost.

     You will be notified of any back-order item. If you do not want to wait for the back-order, you can cancel your order. You will not be charged for any part of your order until you have been notified of back-order or out-of-stock items. Your order will never shipped until I receive your approval of a back-ordered item. This policy does depend on my ability to reach you by email or telephone.

Shipping:   I charge actual shipping cost only. I ship First Class for under 13 oz; Priority Mail. I will ship Parcel Post (usually 7 days to west coast states, and 5 days to southern coastal states) ONLY if you request. Insurance is added to all orders over $50.00

Payment: I accept Visa and MasterCard.   Currently, you can place your order through this site and then call in your credit card information. You may call Monday-Friday; 10 PM - 6PM Eastern Standard Time.

     If you choose to pay by check after placing your order on-line, please wait for me to email you the total of your order, including shipping cost. Your order will not be processed until your check has been received. Fabric and lace will not be cut before I receive your check. This may mean that some fabrics will be out-of-stock. I accept no checks drawn on non-US banks (this includes Canadian banks). All returned checks will be charged a $35.00 fee.

Returns: Merchandise cut and sold by the yard cannot be returned except in the event of defective goods. In the case of defective goods, or my error, you must telephone me first before shipping back to me. Returns are accepted only within 14 days of the date of shipping to you.
